Building for turbo help?

Hey guys this is my first post. I have a 91 integra gs and im getting ready to build the bottom end for a turbo. I will probably run around 10psi. I just wanted to know what would be the best build for that. I have the stock b18a1 engine. Any advice would be great. thanks guys.

if your gonna rip apart your engine, you might aswell do some head work, how i look at it..
What's your set up?
goals?
budget?
mileage?
burning any oil?

You're gonna want to get a set of turbo cams too.

Okay so i have the stock motor with intake, header, and exhaust. its got 193,000 miles on it and im not burning any oil. money is not really a problem. my friend said it would be cheaper to just buy a newer motor and turbo it than rebuild mine. especially since i will most likely go ls/vtec

I have been running 10 psi on a stock bottom end all summer long and have been fine its all in the tune

Do a compression test and a leak down test to see how healthy it is for turbo.

just work with what you got rebuild it and then your ready for some turbo fun!!
