if you have assembled many motors, you should have known better than to use the race bearings in a dd. personally, i would go ahead and swap them while the motor is still on the stand.
What's wrong with the race bearings? I use them.

nothing is wrong with them, just not ideal for a daily driver. The ACL race bearings are really sensitive to dirt/debris during break in and are really only needed for higher RPM / higher load engines. you can use the duraglides and have a little bit longer life from the bearings.

I am doing a build but not any where near to that extent just basic rebuild with factory parts for now.

get your an fittings from summit. they got some pretty decent prices on the in house brand. i got most mine there and they never leaked.

:shock:Hope you got some mad crazy driving skills beacse there is no way you are going to be able to hook up! im sooooooooooooooooooooo jelous... i wish i would have problems hooking up from a 60 roll.Lol
