call CA bar and ref i hate talking to them and they arent helpful and quite stupid and really dont help you pass.
i havent been pulled over in a long long long long time....(knock on wood) but its usually cause they think im in a gang.

Its modifying the engine to work in ways which may change the exhaust carbons. and or changing the way the motor is supposed to be used in that type of car.
