pop the hood. remove the cap from the brake fluid resivior(relieves pressure).
place an old pad against the piston, use the one that was alreay located there. then grab a C-clamp and just tighten it up, be sure to place it in the centermost position and be careful where you place the side of the C-clamp that doesnt contact the pad. lol inve seen bleeder screws, line fittings, etc get messed up from poor placement. to prevent a mess watch the fuild in the resivour(if fluid was added over time or it was over full to begin with it could run out and thats just another mess to clean up plus brake fluid is bad for paint).

and i know when people ask tech questions they want reliable sources so mine is that im certified by Arkansas state for brakes, suspension, and engine performance(about to add manual and automatic drive trains lol) and i recieved the chancellors list(4.0 grade average) for the three certifications i have. and at the end of 2011 ill be A.S.E cerftified hopefully lol.
Yea I had the lid off and was using a c-clamp but it was still very hard to tighten up... Every time Ive talked to people, they said it shouldnt be that hard... I wonder what the problem was? I need to replace my rear pads soon but im afraid to do it myself cuz I dont want to end up with a messed up brake and not be able to go anywhere...........

might need to get a new caliper
the piston may have seized at one time or it might have contaminates inside of it. id go ahead and do the back too and while youre at it if it hasnt been done change your fluid.

1. get the fluid
2. locate the bleeder screw on all four calipers. if you can get to them without removing the wheel then do so. if not jack the car up in the front and back. (back first, support with stands, atleast two, and repeat for the front then buzz of the tires)
3. start at the back right side and have someone pump the brakes until all air is gone then have them pumped and continually go back and forth to ad fluid intil new fluid starts to come out. close the bleeder screw.
4. move to the rear left, repeat
5. move to the front right and repeat
6. go to the front left and repeat.
on any vehicle always start at the furthest from the master cylinder. so for us its gonna be the back right. in japan it would probably be rear left. get what im saying? its not hard at all. they have machines that do it for you so if you know a technition that will lend it to you or give you a discount go for it. also dont just let the fluid run down the road. lol catch it in a container lol.

im really tired so if this seems confusing tell me and ill re-write it tomorrow lol.
