There is a kit(got mine from R/S strauss years ago) that is like $20 and uses high temp paint. Just use some brake cleaner and scrub the caliper b4 you paint by hand with the lil brush....
It comes out pretty damn nice....and last a good while.
Speaking of which I have to redo mine again.....its been a few years.

It is possible to take them all apart. I just recently did a overhaul on my calibers. Its actually pretty easy. Take the brake line off then the bracket held on by two 12 bolts I believe. Then this rubber boots just pop off and the pins just slide out. Next to get the piston out u take a air compressor and blow air into the hole were the brake line was connected and the piston will slowly work its way out once out. Once out remove the rubber boot that was on the pisont and there u go ur calipers are ready for powder coating. Oh an btw your car is clean as hell props man.

Thanks for the suggestion. Thought about that, but I figured I'd get alot more just changing out brake pad type of deals since that such a common procedure or swtiching out whole calipers since they come as a completed unit. Figured it'd be better to ask people who've gotten into the nitty gritty s*** on tegs. I'll try that now though.
