But I just want to reiterate what Kyle said, you cant push that low of PSI on that turbo, if im not mistaken the WGA is set to 8psi, so that would be your minimum (and I bet that is going to creep up from 8 as well). A clutch is going to be another must have, on another note what type of tires and brakes are you running? With that set-up you want at least some nice pads and decent tires. Also 440 Injectors are also not going to cut it. If your whole theme here is safety then a nice amount of headroom in IDC's is a must. Because cost between injector sizes isnt that much (judging off DW prices) then id go with some 750's. Finally IMO a Walbro 255lph HP is a must on any decently modded car, and on EVERY turbo car. And as heykosal said, a check-up on the engine is a must (make that a check-up on the entire car, cooling, brakes, tires, etc). If you find the motor isnt healthy enough boosting is going to be a waste of time, as your just going to kill the motor quicker and
get alot of blow-by.
