Do what you want. Just because someone says body kits are rice doesnt mean you shouldnt get what YOU want for YOUR car. If you are going to go the body kit route try to avoid fiberglass kits because over time they tend to sag and crack. There are ones made of urethane that are usually better quality.

like everyone else says, its your car do what you want to do with it. But in my honest opinion i think its pretty ricey and i say just go with lips and skirts

Its your ride. Show how YOU roll. Just don't forget to consider where you roll. A kit decreases your ground clearance and a drop or coil overs more so. Also, look for a shop that can do alignment on a lowered vehicle with out bustin up your kit, just in case.

as far as body kits go, nothing wrong with them if you like them...just keep it small is my advice...you dont want to look like you spent 500 on the car, and 500 on a body kit, and 19.99 on 22 cans of primer....

All those cheap aftermarket body kits that you see advertised on car magazines are all for show. Most, if not all those body kits weren't tested in the wind tunnel. That's why having those kind of body kits end up causing a lot of drag.

Like everyone else said, do what you think will make your car sick. However I'm with samurai_blue. You should check out some carbon lips and skirts; I think Seibon make's a carbon lip/skirt kit for 94-00 tegs?
