to OP have you tried to use a heat gun or even a hair dryer and heat up the tint while applying it should help stretch and reduce wrinkles

Never tinted with the film, but alot of people use the spray on tint:

More coats=darker tint.

just another suggestion though..
i have used red tint on my amber corners, i just made it soapy with shampoo and water and squeegyed from the inside out.
I trust asking you guys more than searching youtube. I just got a can of the stuff above. how do i get an even good looking coat? Just spray it best i can or do i use some kind of filter?
thanks again.

I got my tail lights to where i don't mind them as much, but they don't look anywhere as clean as the ones posted in this pic. I know it's illegal: "off road use only." I'll probably research this topic for a bit via youtube and other ways and write a Do It Your Self thread about it, if it looks good.
this is what it looks like now... :\

Just spray on evenly....like regular spray paint. Best way to use that, put on 2 or 3 layers. Let it dry.. then buff them where the bulbs are. They still look dark without the lights but when they are on the are much easier to see.

Rice? I guess so. I don't think so but were all different. Better than altezzas haha. And it helps set off he color theme for some cars. Its still OEM parts haha..

so no clear coat? i think mine looked weird because of the "premium" clear coat. so it was kinda funny.

No clear. Just the spray. Just make sure you buff it out where the bulb actually is so you can see the lights well. And spray very light coats.....I've done it on a few different rides over a few years and have never got pulled over..
