I don't see how blacked out tails are rice. Well I guess because its just visual. But Idk about rice. I understand that they can be dangerous. Just gotta be smart about it. Just put on one coat or two. But MAKE SURE you buff them out. At least where the bulb is. But first I'd check the laws in your state...lol

here if you get rear ended no matter what the circumstance its the guys behind you at fault
unless theyre was multiple cars in that case i guess the first car that rear ended is at fault.

coy right, I'm refering to tinted tails, blacked out tails will cause accident and you will get a ticket cause the blackout dims the brightness of brake lights.
And if they person hits you lawyers up and knows you tinted your lights,your be at fault. This happened to a buddy of mine.
Although euro blinkers are really bright at night,and could distract someone, lol

as for the blacked out tail lights, i live in a fairly secured city and see blacked out tail lights everywhere. i'm sure none of them get a ticket, but then again, Pomona sucks at everything.
