Black hood and mirrors

Well, I just started photoshop so Im still a noob at it. It's more of a gray than black i dont know why, but it's the best that I could do at my current photoshop skills.

Im not sure...I had it to the color black but it came out gray for some reason.Im still a noob so I dont know if i can but I'll try

but i'd paint the base of the mirror black like the pic of my ride i posted :thumbs up

Keep your hood red to match the rest of your car.
