Yep, I'm a sucker for v-twin, V4 & crossplaned sportbikes, I didn't realize how cheap they are, I thought they were like 7k+

Probably high maintenance but that v-twin... :drool:

Everything I'm reading is saying they're bulletproof like the XR650R.

...So very tempting, Have to get insurance quotes though since it's a 1000.

I sold the XR because it belongs in the desert, Not enough room for a monster like that on the trails... And because the cops wouldn't f*** off.

I'm gonna look at a couple first, Supposedly they're a little uncomfortable & the mpg is in the 20s, That wouldn't be very good.

Thing is... It's more aggressive than the gsxr, I've never really been a fan of how 600s sound, Standard inline four 1000s are okay but the rumble of the Rc51, Rsv4, R1 and the 899 panigale is just so good, People don't expect sportbikes to sound like that either so it's always fun when you see the looks on their face when they hear something that sounds like a v8 or a v-twin and they see a sportbike. :lol:

We'll see, My camaro is for sale or trade, I honestly expect a dirtbike to be the most likely trade offer and I'm definitely open to the idea as long as the bike isn't s***. lol

I'll be rusty as hell though, It's been a while since I've seen track time.

Isn't the Ninja 650r a sport touring? I like them pretty good, Mostly for the engine but they're not too bad looking.
