Dead thread is dead.

Stupid the US doesn't get the Nuda because "It doesn't meet emissions standards" It's a 2 cylinder -_- What about straight piped harleys?

To be fair.. I'd say it's worth it.

That exhaust alone probably cost $1000, Taylormade and it has the taylormade rear hugger.

Do want.

Lucky.

I'm almost completely over how burned out I was on my cbr.

I could buy it back from the guy I sold it to or get a liter bike, hmm...

No fucks given.
Kurt, when are you gonna finish the damn YZ...?

Other news, I got bored and finally decided to lower the front.

Before

Stock on left

After.

Only an inch for now because I still need enough travel for my headlight bracket.

After quite some research it tuns out the 94's like mine are extremely prone to destroying top ends, (Jug, Cylinder head etc)

It's just not worth it. :/

Yeah but it would cost almost as much as flat out buying a newer one, Parts engine would be $300-$600 plus repair costs and a running one would be about $1200 and you can usually get like an 03 for that.

Maybe I'll be able to trade the camaro for something 05+ that runs and I can build that.

Ok, I've been watching Nitro circus all day, I'm itching for a bike and I'm in one of those moods to talk about them all night

What's everyone's opinion on oldschool 2 strokes? Like 99-03s

I used to feel weird riding them because I felt poor but honestly idk if I even give a shit anymore, It'd be cool to show up at the track and put the beat down on the riders with new bikes

I'm confused on that logic, Feel weird riding them because you feel poor..? Lol. I got a 04 125 2 stroke but I like it, Rides good, Looks good to me, it's fast. I can beat a ton of people on the track mainly because all the cocky rich kids can't ride. But I'm not like worried about what other people thinking i'm poor? Lol I personally feel good taking mine to the track because I paid for the bike myself and everything on the bike myself. I'd rather ride my 04 that I paid for than come to the track with a 2014 bike my parents paid for. Idk, Maybe it's just a pride thing, I feel good when I have something and I can say that I paid for it myself etc. Like whenever I see another kid at the track and he pulls a brand new bike out his parents enclosed trailer and stuff and acts like he's a badass and stuff. I just kind've laugh because they think they're the shit and than you go out on the track with your old bike and woop their ass and they're just so cocky they won't even talk to you. It feels great to me. Another thing that bugs me is when people automatically assume your parents paid for everything

I've always had high standards idk, I sold the xr because the front end sucked, Suspension was bad and it had no grip so I couldn't take advantage of the power.

I'm not sure what I'm gonna get yet but I kinda wanna get something like that and ride the f*** out of it.

It's basically a pride thing :/ Worst part is I don't even get it myself I just find myself disliking the experience when I'm on old bikes which is pathetic, I mean what kind of bike enthusiast doesn't enjoy riding one because it's old? I have weird ass mentalities some times...
