And I might actually fix my Integra this year....
But wait, now you want another XR?
Why would being street legal already matter? Everyone says that Tennessee is one of the easiest states to make anything street legal
That's exactly why I asked. The last street legal 650R I seen for sale where I live, they wanted 7k for it.I just want a motard for around here because of how f***ing slow people drive, and the rest of the good bikes are MX bikes that have to be rebuilt every 3k miles so XR it is, if I can get one.
And realistically I can buy a regular XR that I have to make legal for 2500-3000, or I can buy a legal one with sumo rims for 3000-3800
Right now, this is all that's on CL.Most expensive one I've seen was a one owner with a big tank, baja lights, and all kinds of little stuff like excel rims, protaper bars, aftermarket triple clamps, bark busters and some other s***, and it was only listed for 5500.
Idk if you realize or not, but the bikes I ride have a 3.7gal tank that is the frame, and a barely 1 gallon tank that I sit on :rolf:The big tanks are f***ing dumb on those bikes, the stock tank is already about a 5 gallon tank, and I don't know if you realize or not, but 5 gallons on liquid sloshing around on the very top of a big ass bike gets a bit hard to hold onto sometimes
Just get some MSR fuel bottles and stick 'em in your backpack, then you could probably go 400 miles without needing to stop.
Except for having to get off the bike to put fuel in because the tank sits under my ass... :rolf:Just get some MSR fuel bottles and stick 'em in your backpack, then you could probably go 400 miles without needing to stop.
