Still can't figure out why the bike won't run... The battery is fully charged. Fuel pump doesn't prime everytime I turn the key, I can turn the key on and it'll prime, Turn it off and turn key again and it won't, Than turn key again it won't, Than turn key again and it'll prime. Like fuel pump only primes 50% of tha time. Then once it primes and I try to crank it, It barely turns over and just won't do anything..

Well I put a multimeter to check battery voltage, When ignition is off it shows as like 11.8 volts. Whenever I turn ignition on fuel pump primed headlights on, It shows as like 11.00 and slowly dropping. So apparently the battery is low..? Except the fact my headlights are very bright etc. I'm not sure. I guess I need a actual battery charger and not a battery tender. The battery tender is showing it's charged when the multimeter shows otherwise.

I've had the battery on a battery tender for the past 2 nights btw. Now i'm thinking the tender is broke? Lmao. Somethings wrong here...

It's pretty much acting like it's dead nothing else to it. It doesn't turn over anymore, Just makes noise from the starter like really fast clicking... Headlight is still bright as hell, Except when you crank it the headlight goes off lol. I'm going to get a real battery charger instead of this battery tender and see if maybe the tender is just a pos. Maybe the battery is just dead..
