BethanyR's 4door GSR

Hello everyone. My name is Beth and I am new to the site. I am the 2nd owner of a 1998 Gsr, and
I have had it for 3 years. I love this car more than anything and it is a blast to drive. This is my 4th
honda. My first was a 91 Accord Ex which was totalled by a drunk driver, and then a 94 Accord LX
which ended up being a big piece of junk. (Engine blew up 2 weeks after I bought it...)

Then I got a 99 Civic Si and life was good for awhile. It had a jdm b16 and was a lot of fun to drive,
but it wasn't till I got to ride around in my friends Type-R that really saw what I was missing out on.
So I sold the Si and spent 6 weeks searching for a DB8 Gsr.

So here it is when I brought it home in 2007:

I left her stock for the first year and a half. Then the fun started in 2009:

WS2, Carsound Cat, Hytech replica

I gave my cluster silver rings

Stance:

KYB Gr2 struts
Blox LCA's
23mm Type R rear sway bar
ASR subframe brace

Resistance:
Centric Premium rotors

Rims & Rubber:

Yokohama S-Drives

Outside:
4300k HiDs
Jdm db8 visors

Inside:
Blox shift knob
Diy silver ringed gauges
NRG floor mats

That's all for now. In a few weeks I'm doing Type R cams and pistons, and also an Exedy
stage1 clutch with fidenza flywheel. I'm really excited about it and I'm looking forward to getting
her tuned. Stay tuned for more!

Thanks for the compliments everyone! To answer the question about the silver rings on the cluster,
first I took the cluster out and said a prayer. Then I put on some rubber gloves and grabbed a silver
sharpie. I slowly ran the edge of the sharpie along the edge of rings. It was very stressful and took
about 30 min and fortunately I didn't make any mistakes. I like it a lot. I think it makes the non type R
cluster look a lot nicer.
