Back on topic. I had a 96 GSR before and had intake, header and exhaust. For me I found that the DC 4-2-1 header worked beautifully. But I also still had a stock cat so I didn't get full potential. But still. Also build your head and get a Skunk2 IM with a Type R TB, that will open up airflow and eliminate the dual stage intake manifold.

But still before all that, do your homework. Make sure everthing will work together to perfection.
