For that setup, yes piece it together; and yes it height adjustable.

The Koni/GC is the most proven setup for Hondas, people on this site seem to just buy one piece coilovers from bad brands to say they have 'coilovers'; when the Koni/GC setup will cost roughly the same and outperform the cheap coilovers in every sense

the stock set up with koni should be stiff enough for daily driving and spirited driving but not strong enough for an auto x season (meaning you go every weekend)

alright cool. thanks again. but if/when i do decide to get into auto x doesn't ground control offer for you to change your spring rates? and what rates do you use for your auto x?

i used my stock springs for auto x. i circuit race so im not sure of the specific rates. You can change them out but you will most likely wont be needing an upgrade until you become competitive in your group
