c7 and c3 are just edm versions. cause they are in the european country's and they probably required different setups for emissions.
it just might make more numbers due to a less restrictive exhaust manifold perhaps.
but the c7 is just an ITR motor in edm/audm land and the c3 is the gsr down there.
