B18c7 vs. B18c5....what's different?

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THE SAME PERFORMACE PARTS FOR A B18C5 WOULD WORK AND FIT THE SAME ON THE B18C7 ENGINE OR DO YOU HAVE TO FIND PARTS SPECIFICALY FOR THE B18C7.

I Dont Have A B18c7 I Was Reading And I Stumbled Apon It As Was All What The Hell. So I Dont Really Know About The Engine To Much. But It Come With More Hp Than The B18c5 So Thought It Would Be A Good Swap For A Project If I Found One.

TALKS ABOUT THE B SERIES ENGINES AND HAS A LIST OF ALL THE B SERIES ON THERE AND THE B18C7 IS ON THERE. I HAVE READ ON DIFFERENT FORUMS THAT PEOPLE HAVE SAID ITS THE SAME THING AS THE B18C5. BUT IN THAT WEB SITE LINK. IT IS ON THERE AS A TOTALY DIFFERENT ENGINE WITH MORE POWER.

If you're looking at the B18C engines, why not go with the C5 when you know the parts fit.

I don't know if there is any specific differences in parts.
