if you have the stock cams there is a small hole on each one that should be top dead center you just put a small pin in there to hold it still and that would be top dead center thats how my friend (who is a mechanic and who has been working on integras for about 10 years) did mine. he just took the belt off put the pins in and then put the belt back on

yup, different cams and cam gears

which mark on the pulley specifies TDC?
i've been aligning with the green mark. (don't you love my color choice)

SexySSBP - i havent 3 marks on each cam gear, i'll have to look again tonight after i get off from work.
I bought an electric impact wrench, i'm gonna be up all night tonight workin on this

If you are going off the pulley, and not pulling it and going off the timing gear itself, than yes, the green is tdc. I'm going to go take a pic of my cam gears and you will see the marks I have.

Un fortunately I don't know how to do the timing belt :\ I'd help if I could man. I'm about 45 mins from O-side. I actually need to check my timing belt. I didn't do that when I got the car >.<

Don't start her up until you are %100 sure everything is correct!!!! It's an interference and if its off then there view your valves and pistons. Where are you located?

I'm not to sure dude but it seems like your timing has been advanced a bit. I could be wrong tho.

You can't just eyeball putting the points straight up. I don't understand what's goin on with your cam gears. Do you for sure only have 2 indents along the perimeter of your gears? You should have 2 marks opposing each other on each gear, and then one in between them. You would line those up with a ruler, horizontally, and then that would be tdc.
