Wait.. what does coolant temp have to do with it? 5 ° hotter than coolant (assuming it is at the Tstat temp of about 185°) is NOT good for IATs. Thats detonation territory I would think. Spraying meth? Aftercooler set-up?

My IATs with the JRSC Single cam that I had in my Civic hit about 140°F at the highest. Once methonal was being sprayed, the temps dropped very quickly.

I'm not sure on what the numbers were I just remember they were about what my coolant temp was but ill check them on my drive home today after work and get back with you.

Ok my IAT temp is about 140 cruising around and I got in it on an onramp and it climbed to 204f before I got into 5th gear and that's at like 15psi I think I should drop it down to 8-10

Yea. 140 cruising is a little high.....especially when ambient temps are lower. Just wait till summer time, they will go higher.

200+ is not good at all. I am surpirsed the motor is still alive and has blown up due to detonation.

The most I was able to get out of my setup was 8 psi, afterwards, the charger lost all sorts of efficiency. However, this was on a M45 blower on a SOHC, not a M62 blower on a B series vtec motor. My buddy is running a jrsc on his ls vtec set-up and he is at like 12-13 psi, and that's pushing it since he has a high comp build with methonal and E85 I believe... Lots of tuning involved.

I live in the beach so outside temps are like 40-75 degrees and it got over 205 in just a matter of an freeway onramp but my pistons have hot spots on them already and no detonation and I changed the crank pulley to a underdrive pulley and hopefully ill be at like 10-11 psi at 8000 not 15psi at 5000

I put my underdrive purple crank pulley on the car and it sees 9.7 psi at 7500 rpm vs 15 psi at 6000 and the iat temps are at 130 freeway on cruise control and floored it goes up to about 170

Up to 11 PSI sounds more "correct" for that blower seeing as it was spinning too much causing inefficient IATs. Go get a tune now ;)

What injectors are you running? EDIT - just re-read you have 550cc. Let me know if you wanna take a look at the tune.

I MIGHT be able to dig up my Hondata s300 tune for my SOHC with RC 440 injectors my buddy and I set-up. Shoot me your Email via PM if you can use it and if you want it.

Sweet! Have you looked into anything that will help you bring the IATs down? Thats the killer for performance. Maybe methanol injection? I had a kit from alcoholinjectionsystems.com and had no problems. I used windshield washer fluid that DID NOT have any de-icer or additives in it with great success.

If I do one modification to my Integra (power-wise), it is going to be a supercharger. I miss that set-up and the whine it makes sooooo badly.
