B18c1 idle issue

I have a B18C1 engine with an idling issue. When the car starts up, the idling is normal, but once it warms up, the rpm drops near 0 and bounces back up repeatedly, and it keeps doing that until I rev the engine again.

I replaced the IACV and Throttle Body, but the problem is still there, what is the issue?

The car is drivable but not too safe, because when I make turns, the car will sometimes self stall.

Replaced with both used? The used ones could be bad too

valve adjustment can cause that

Did you replace the FICV under the throttle body?
Did you calibrate the idle set screw?
Also try cleaning the IACV with brake cleaner.
