Wow I'm see alot of B17a1 coming around here. But start by taking your motor apart and get yourself a rebuild kit, also while your at it hot tank that block of yours. That should be a clean start up.

No kidding haha, including myself that's 4 people with DB2's in this thread alone. :shock:

ya relly make that 5 i have 191k on my gsr and its tired im going all motor of course most likely high comp. its hard finding parts for these motors . damn B17s lol ya right i love thaT thing and im the only one in my city with a B17 gotts love it

Finding parts is no different than finding parts for a B16

so if i found a master bottom end rebuild kit for B16 everything is the same itd work for my B17? as in rod bearings and main bearings? also do the pistons have the same hieght in them?
