I'll tea bag your face!!
dont believe everything you read on the net forcefed. B18C is JDM ITR. B18C5 is USDM ITR. B18C1 is JDM and USDM GSR/SiR-G. Differances between the USDM and JDM B18C1's are;
JDM: 178HP@7500RPM 129lb-ft@6200RPM 10.6:1CR.
USDM 170HP@7600RPM 128lb-ft@6200RPM 10.0:1 CR.

now rememeber that is only for JDM Vs. USDM I dont know shit about european GSR's or anything like that since they can keep their cars(unlike Japan) so we never get their engines.

my whole argument was he said that JDM Type-R's are just B18C's, and not B18C5's

accually USDM Type-R Motor is also B18C5, and also B18B6, 7.
How does that picture prove its JDM? I guess I need the super secret serial number decoder ring.
Anyway, I guess I'll have to concede that the B18C5 was sold in Type R's in Japan since it looks like you have some member backup on this one, I never knew that. I thought the only JDM type R motor was the B18C.

btw, US Type R's are 10:6.1 compression, not 10:2.1.

we've already discussed this... it may SAY B18C... but it is INFACT an B18C5, how many times do i have to tell you...

A JDM "B18C" IS AN INTEGRA Si-R, not a JDM Type-R... JDM Type-R is a B18C5
