what is the difference between the USDM TYPE R Motor and the JDM TYPE R Motor? what the horsepower power difference and torque and stuff? and what is the SPEC JDM TYPE R Motor? is there a USDM Spec TYPE R Motor? Thanks if you answerd my questions.

USDM Type R is 195 HP and 130 TQ with 10:6.1 compression.
JDM Type R is 197 HP and 134 TQ with 11:0.1 compression.

A "JDM spec Type R motor" is just another way of saying "JDM Type R motor". It's just a way to clarify WHICH Type R motor you're talking about, USDM spec or JDM spec.

USDM Type R engine code is B18C5.
JDM Type R engine code is B18C (no 5th number or letter, just B18C).

^Uhhhh I have a JDM ITR motor in my car and it only says B18C on it. My other R buddies out here have JDM ITR swaps in theres too and it only says B18C on it also.

JDM ITR 197hp 137lbs tq 11:1compression
Newer JDM ITR had CTR cam in it which put it up to 200hp and 140lbs tq 11:1 compression
US ITR 195hp 135lbs tq 10:2 compression
