Manual Sedan FTW

Manual > Auto, every day. I dont care how you look at it, you shouldnt be eating or talking on the phone while driving, you should be FOCUSED on the road. People with auto's do everything other than drive properly.

Idc, if i can set up my transmission correctly, then its gonna be mighty nice to have. Besides, i have bad enough road rage as it is. Sticks make my blood pressure skyrocket in traffic. Hence why i dont have one atm. When i do get one again it will not be a DD. I have seen some auto hondas on the dragon that blistered the sticks. (Fun factor might not have been quite as high for the autos). It still boiled down to the driver as always. Just a view from a different angle tho.

yup mine's a 4dr auto with my 4 yr old son's carseat in the back lol.. which is why big hp gains aren't that important to me right now, just focusing on the exterior-- getting new wheels and suspension

maybe 'll trade you my auto after I paint it and do the interior....lol
my first auto is this integra and I wish I had waited for a 5speed..my two previous are 5 n 6 spd
I thought I'd get an auto and fix it like you say to have a descent daily driver but I can't help to want to speed down the ave sometimes...I cna still do it with my auto but it's less fun.
I can eat curly fries while I speed in this one though ;)

I think it boils down to a 5spd being the most fun to drive, and pretty much do anything you want with it....
an auto, you can still mod and it might be more money but it's possible. An auto is more suitable for looks and sort of a show car the only way to really race and win is by knowing how to flow through traffic while you race somebody.

But the way I see it is let the manuals do the racing and let the autos be nice and pretty to represent the Integras. I wouldn't wanna spend a shitload of money in my 5spd and then wreck it in an accident for racing it or even have someone wreck it.

5 speed= fun, powerful and original
auto= clean, daily driver, good for looks.

Or, as for ppl as myself, who are just too attached of his or her car too let go of it for a manual transmission version can take it to both levels. Assuming the funds, research, and knowledge are all there.

Hey I have an auto its not to bad but the one thing is that acceleration is not compared at all to manual ..
but Auto have a weird system when it come to torque... our converters are pretty bad ass .
also the gear ratio is a lot shorter to achieve what I mean is this....

i have an auto. there are days where i really do wish i had a stick and a 3rd pedal, but the car is still a blast to drive. Its perfect for just wandering around late at night and escaping for a little while. And, bare in mind there is always the over-ride to have a little play with. It boils down to what you want the car for and where you live.

It's every one preference. I been driving manual for over 12 years. Got tired of it, this is why I got Auto. I hated setting in DC traffic in 1st to 2nd gear all day long or in rush hour traffic.
