Like what do you have to do to the LS auto transmission to hold up against the boost?
I don't know about the LS auto transmission, but on my other boosted automatic car, I had to change the torque converter, update the clutches and change the over drive band.
Then the most important thing of all, I had to make sure it shifts correctly, which is controlled by the ecu.
There is nothing more terrifying than seeing your rpms reach the redline and your transmission haven't shifted yet.
Oh the sleepless nights.....(facepalm)

Search for the build thread of user "Spawne32" on this forum. He's a friend of mine who had a built supercharged automatic B20. He upgraded the torque converter and that was it for the transmission. eCtune is the ONLY OBD1 rom editor that supports automatic transmissions.
