Auto Transmission help

Hey guys i have a 97 acura integra DB7 automatic with 14x,xxx miles

bought the car for 700$ its pretty clean, all stock still. i bought it cause the guy said the tranny, would slip sometimes. i had an extra auto trans from a rear ended auto teg(a 95 dc4) i needed the motor for my 5speed coupe.(auto 4dr is my girls car cause were having our first baby.)

i drove the car from new york down to south jersey, about 3 hours fine, he told me it would slip into neutral, i got it down fine without it going into neutral, however you had to baby it through the gears and play with the gas.
when i had it down here i had my mechanic swap the trans out for me. he had swapped out my very first ls i had perfect no problems. and i never messed with auto or transmission so i asked him to swap for me.

Now the transmission i have came from my boys running car with 123,xxx miles, again it was only rear ended and still drivable but he didn't want it anymore, and bought it cause at the time i blew my block up.
gave my mechanic the transmission, he swapped it out and i drove it home about 30minutes.
before going home i decide to grab a bite to eat.
im driving and the car kicked into neutral several times. Had to turn car off and back on a few times to catch the gear and drive. VERY ANNOYING :x

after talking to my mechanic he said there was one sensor he had to use from the old tranny.
had a hard time understanding him, he did give me the sensor though and told me thats all he used from the old trans.
he said he doesnt really work on transmissions or like working on them but he can swap them (he is very expirenced with over 30 years but he specialized in Rotaries)

Now my question to my fellow teggy owners is, what could this sensor be. It is one right under the passenger side motor mount.

also i have 3 CEL codes
P0118 - Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor circuit high imput
P0700- Automatic transmission control system
P1792- Problem in Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor circuit

Now sorry if my post is a little bad of a write up but bear with me, ive had this car sitting for a week now and my gsr is also sitting for two weeks now so im pretty frustrated not having a car lol. ive been reading on all forums and having a hard time figuring this out lol.
Bear with me guys i will post pics of the sensor tomorrow, and post what info i can i need.

Come to find out the trans had too much fluid. I been driving it around all day no problems going into neutral, but slips a little after it gets hot.

Going to flush the transmission and put about 3.5 quarts of Honda automatic transmission fluid.

Only do a gravity drain and fill. Integra drain bolt is 29 foot pounds of torque.
You'll need 2 1/2 qts of Honda ATF, not 3.5 qts.
If you drain out 3.5 qts, it means that you had 1 quart too much.

The tranny passages are to fine, to do a transfusion flush and Honda/Acura dealers don't offer this kind of flush.
