Photoshop. Curve levels. Exposure fixes. Porn. I dabble with Photoshop and love adding borders. Sometimes I'll add a filter if I feel like it.

It'll make it look cleaner, I'll give you props since you didn't get chrome finish though, that's tacky

I like the black painted behind the license plate. Haven't seen that before. I have the bottom painted black like yours but not the license plate area. Very nice.
