im going all motor b18b in my 95 integra, should i do the 5 speed swap or i've been told to stay auto and just build up the auto tranny, what do u guys recommend?

for all motor I suggest manual. BUT, for a turbo build I think it would be fun to have an auto. throw a 60-1 Garrett turbo on there, and run 20 pounds of boost...that would be pretty fast. it would spool up around 3500 and just take off, never losing boost.

You do know that automatics still use a BOV right? When it shifts the vaccuum still changes and it still blows off, just not quite as much.

you dont have to use a BOV with an automatic

You don't have to use one on a manual either. But it's a good idea to use it on either if you want your turbo to last
