are there different JDM front bumpers?

the main reason i'm asking is because i've seen a couple photos where the front bumper doesn't have that license plate moulding...

ebay shit sucks. stay away from anyone that ONLY sells things thru ebay IE ssautocrome and cheap body kit suppliers. you will end up paying a body shop to get it straight looking anyawy.

as far as i know.....OEM comes with it.....aftermarket doesn't come with it
