Here you go: the pay off will be a running car you love and enjoy. Dont let the problems defeat you! Dont punish the car for something that can be fixed! Just remember the feeling you get when something runs right.

I dont have the experience with turbos but when i saw Elton at raceline work on a turbo car that wasnt boosting he found that they hooked up a connection near the wastegate/radiator area and that virtually solved the problem. Obviously no idea whether this is your problem but it seemed like it was a very easy mistake to make with the connections in that area. Is there no shop near you? You could do a check list of what youve double checked and post in the boost forum.
I'm going to have someone come over to take a look at it. He charges 50 dollars an hour so I'm hoping that it doesn't take that long and it's something easy to fix! I'm almost sure that a vacuum line is not hooked up correctly. I also didn't have the holes plugged that goes to the oil catch can so I'm not sure if that would have made any kind of difference?

Check list and boost forum lady. =P You guys installed it yourselves right? No reason you cant figure it out with a little help before paying $50 an hour. Id go as far as posting in hondatechs boost forum.
