But its fixable. Just wrap the crap out of the high voltage wires in E-tape. I did that to my 4 sets and not a single problem again.

yea, another thing is the "plug and play" I bypassed the shit out of those.i'll check the wiring tomorrow...hopefully the sponsor will back up his product.
I run a relay. The relay is triggered by the factory harness, and the power and ground is right off the batt (30a fuse). Pure power w/o issues. and still real cheap.
Because although the HID's use less power they spike a higher voltage at start. That can cause issues.

just avoid them. the normal ones are small enough to hide anywhere. I know the normal ones work great. So id just keep with themyou know anything about the HID kits with the slim ballast? do they over heat or something?
