I think I may have spun a bearing. I haven't checked it out yet but I'm pretty sure that is the problem. I'm going to pull the oil pan off tomorrow and find out for sure. I'm sure starvation is the culprit here.
I'm going to be starting something up Monday. I have to get it back on the road ASAP since it's my daily. I just need to make a decision
-Build my 7bolt 4G63 bottom end (it already has Wiseco 9:1). Just get some forged rods, 88mm forged crank, bearings and ARP bolts = Built 2.0L 4G63
-Build my 7bolt 4G63 bottom end with some forged rods, a 100mm 4G64 crank, bearings and ARP bolts. = Built 2.3L 4G63 stroker
-Buy a 4G64 short block and run the 4G63 head. = 4G64 2.4L turbo
-Buy a JDM EVO3 engine. Not much benefit other than being complete and fairly cheap. Plus I could get some money back by selling the yellow top 510cc injectors and 16G turbo since I already have a 16G and 750cc's
I've always wanted to build a 4G64 block with the 88mm 4G63 crank and 162mm rods to destroke it to a 2.1L and make it a 10k-11k rpm beast but it is a daily driver and I really don't feel like chumping up the money to get a turbo to run with a 2.1L to 10k+. Not a very good idea for a daily so I'm leaving that option out
I don't really care to make it a beast since it is a daily but I might as well put good parts in if I'm going to be in there anyway
