because the two past weekends...i have either seen a gun get pulled on someone or been told that "i will shoot your punk ass".......so pretty much im going to look at a sig today

I feel the need to carry a gun (I can't legally yet,therefore I donot yet,I do carry 3 knife,a stungun,and something else that won't be posted,...but they are all legal) and be able to defend myself in todays society. Its a sad world when innocent people trying to meet other people that share the same passions,and interests can't even get along and start pulling firearms on each other ( I personally do know in fact, that the local "car meets" there has been a couple of minorities that have been pulling out firearms). Besides,I have full legal right to defend innocent third parties. As a man who has been stabbed,and actually shot at. I also personally know and am very good friends with,a woman who has been raped/taken advantage of by two minorites, had i been able to defend her/somebody else in her situation,...(Its NOT about being a hero ,its about the fact this girl didnt deserve to be treated like that.)BESIDES the fact the way that road rage is going...I've been driving down the road in my integra , OBEYING THE F_CKING LAWS (wich is rare for me, LOL) and had people almost HIT ME and want to yell, flip me off,attempt to ram me...etc...What if they managed to stop my car or run me off the road? Whose to say its not going to happen again? Me and my roommate chased somebody through a neighborhood who attempted to break into our home...I've had alot of situations where I have needed to,and have defended myself.


Nobody in their right mind WANTS to have to defend themselves,but unfortunately its the way the world works nowdays. I'll be damn if I will sit back and become some stastitic (sp) or another newspaper article about another person killed by a mugger (or whatever) without doing everything in my power to prevent/avoid it. I love my life...

I sincerely hope I'll never have to use my gun with exception to the gun range....

well....the sig is used from a friend........i think he said about 200....the glock is 550.........and moey is a problem right now.

How old is it? New sigs are pure shit. They changed hands,and still charge the same price, but instead of gunsmiths putting them together, they are assembly line peoples...If you don't pick up that sig let me know ,I might look into it.

I wanna do some research on Kel-tec, I just took my lady out to lunch,and while I was out I stopped into Dances Sporting Goods and fell in love with a Kel-tec

i just checked out the sig......it was crap...it was an older 229......so in the first of june were rolling to a police/glock trade show.....im gonna pick up a glock 23.

229's aint too shabby....unless it was in shitty shape. I wouldn't mind owning one LOL (I am a tad fuzzy on the law, but as I understand it,i can legally OWN a handgun, just can't carry/conceal/buy one new) .


Glock 23 is just a .40 cal ...but same frame as a 19, right? I <3 those.

I think I have pretty much decided on a Taurus 650 CIA in blue finish....(yeah yeah go ahead and laugh) unless I can cough up the 900$ for a Fabrique Nationale
