lol anywho this kid with a 96 ls has been wanting to race me for some time now well i met up with him and we did 2 runs i took him everytime on the launch but as soon i had to shift from 3rd to 4th( mind you that it still a new motor ) he pulled but it was close all he has done is aem cai, dc4-1, downpipe other then that he is stock not bad for a 17 yrd old car that has big ass 17" wheels and is lowered 1.5 in the front 1.7 in the rear, with a cai and axleback lol but yeah he might actually log onto the site too gotta represent and for the record it was me and him and some people that witnessed this race, no massive street racing group lol

i'm trying to hook up a honda cd player to an amp. do you guys know what that converter is called? btw is its a 4ch amp.

I need some VW tech help, these things are garbage. Now I hate them, I didnt mind them. I never want to work on one again. VW forums just have threads like "need a shop to get my clutch replaced"

I wish I was working on my own car.

It's called a line-out converter. You can pick those up on ebay for like 8 bucks; the sound wont be as good as it is on a real headunit though...

I know what you mean man... we put a cam in my buddies GTI...

Single cam, can't be that hard, right? we'll start at 5 when everyone gets off of work and we should be done *latest* by 9..... Fucking 5:30 the NEXT morning we had it back together FINALLY!


They are big, heavy shit boxes. thats all they are.... GRR! VW guys hardly do any of their own work too... now you see why? lol
