i hate doing laundry. one big load usually turns into about 5 different loads. i can only imagine how long it takes a person with OCD to do laundry.
you gotta separate clothes by color (black, whites, cool colors, warm colors, etc.), wash cycles (gentle, normal, heavy), water temperature (cold/cold, cold/warm, warm/hot, hot/hot, etc.), dryer settings (low heat, no heat but fluff, high heat, etc.), and all that other crap. then you got the whites that need to be washed in cold water, normal cycle, but low heat. thennnnn the whites that gotta be washed in warm water, cold rinse, but low heat. yadi yadi yah. why the fuck is it necessary??
i've never questioned all that, i just kinda followed the "rules" until one time, i got lazy and threw some of my clothes together because i hadn't even packed to go and was rushing. i put my jeans in with a few white shirts and a couple hoodies (i figured they wouldn't bleed because they've been washed so many times already) and when i pulled them out, my fucking white shirts were grayish-blue! i was so sad. lol so now doing laundry seriously takes several hours because i gotta separate alllllll my clothes accordingly, wait for one load to wash/dry, change the settings, take 'em out, run upstairs, hang/fold 'em, etc. so yeah. i hate doing laundry. whoever says that they like doing laundry can come do my laundry anyday.
