But I think I want to go with a 225/50 instead of the 205/55. I could use the extra tire width! I just don't wanna spend too much on these since I drive on them everyday. I already have another set of rims with Pirelli P-Zero Corsa's that are for a DSM so I'm not trying to get a real high performance tire. Just gotta decide if I want the Falken or Yokahoma's

I've had the old Falken Azenis Sports and the Yokohoma AVS ES100's. I want to try the new Azenis RT615 because I love the old Azenis. I've had the ES100's as well and they are great tires as well so I'm tossed up. The Yok's will last a little longer but the Azenis are stickier which sell me on them. But it kills me because I still have a set of Axis Hiro's with the Corsa's that I can throw on it if I want a "real" tire. That's the only reason I'm still considering the longer lasting ES100's. But these are the 2 street tires that I swear by

what Falkens do you have?

Tires just make such a huge difference that I am will ing to buy sticky tires. I believe strongly in sticky tires

Not sure! I haven't looked at them. I just kinda wanted to stick with what I know. I used to always buy the Falken Azenis RT215 Sport for street tires. They quit making them though and the RT615 is the replacement. I might try them, we'll have to see what happens. I used to run the Yok ES100's as street tires because they were cheaper and lasted longer but now none of that matters too much. These are the ones I am talking about getting: Falken Azenis RT615

I have still have these on rims in the atttic if I ever need a really sticky tire: Pirelli P-Zero Corsa

I had the Corsa's on my GSX but now its riding on the Yokohoma A048 (medium hard compound) They came with the G-Games


As you can see, I am serious about tires! :D

Yeah! I just looked them up. They have them in a 225/50-16 but the treadblocks look a small and the siping looks to be more all weather oriented. I don't know about them. I've tried the Toyo RA-1 that has a 140 treadwear but wasn't that impressed. I'm just thinking about sticking with what I know. I've never heard any feedback from these though. But I would prefer to stay at around a 200 TW for a daily driven streetcar. That's why I was considering the 200 TW BFG KD. I know a few people that have had those and were quite pleased. I really only have experience with the Yok ES100,Falken RT215, Pirelli Corsa, Toyo RA1 and Yok AO48. But the Corsa, A048 and RA1 aren't what most people consider a street tire. they are 60, 60 and 140 treadwear for those

I've also had Goodyear Eagle RSA's and some POS Continental's just because they came on my cars when I bought them. I don't even consider them tires because they suck so much. GY RSA have to be one of the worst tires ever!!!!

finally done with my cramping and can finally have free time, looks like i have alot of reading to do...u guys have too much free time
