doesnt cali require paper work on motors bought and sold or swapped? should come with paper work or atleast a bill of sale. if not FIND a legit place to buy a legit motor.

yea the laws in cali are way different than they are where ive been le, so i really dont know

i do know that taking it to them will let you know if its hot or not, atleast if its been reported

from what i hear on other forums cali has such strict laws its almost illegal for you to use JDM air fresheners! jk but seriously they got some strict laws in modding cars.

Ya, next time I have a cop lock his keys in his car I will ask him. I always ask them stupid shit when they call us for service.

Yea, very strict, but most cops dont know a GSR from a LS. Basically any b series I could put in my car would be legal though. It just mainly prevents you from getting too crazy, but even then there is ways around it.
