New shop will be more geared toward performance, engine swaps, and custom cars. Dyno and tune also. We're going to cut back on auto repair. This shop now was eventually going in that direction, but now that there's an opportunity to cut the lease short here and just go straight into what we wanted anyway, that's the route we're going with. It will be exciting. I'm going into the new shop with my brother.
No, we're not utilizing all the space at this shop as it is. lol The entire upstairs is never used. We did find some nice spots that are larger and even less than what we are paying now per square foot. There's more usable space in those buildings. The one we're in now used to be a Goodyear before they went out of business, so they have lots of tire and storage and the lifts aren't as great.
