To replace just one head bolt? Is it broken? Broken flush with the top of the head?
The best way I could think of would be to remove the whole head, and try to get it with vice grips. The only other option would be to easy-out it, and that's pretty tight for an easy out.

(And you can follow that guide for head removal. :)

Why do you have to replace a head bolt? Are you talking about the studs that hold the valve cover on or the actual head bolt?!?

Ahh...you get used to it. I can usually get through pretty quick, but that may be because I know most airports pretty well. Since the body scanners came out, I've probly been scanned over a dozen times, haha. Doesn't matter to me, id walk around naked if it was socially acceptable.
