THEN i fucking ripped her a new fucking asshole. then when i asked for her supervisor's name and number, the bitch hung up on me!! oh Susan Patterson! you dumb skank...it's called "caller ID." we'll be in contact again.

she's been calling this shop trying to get us to switch to ADT at the new shop. we haven't had a problem with her until today. apparently she's the president of ADT -- says she has no boss and no one else i can talk to. lol i bet she knows she could get in trouble, too. wouldn't give me her name again or any info.how did she know your brother?
