Fail-pro really all depends on how you install it, I've had one in my oil pan for about 7 months and still no leak but I let the engine fully drain for about 1-2 hours while I scraped the glue off the pan and prepped it to go back on then after I put it back on I left it over night and the next day filled it up with oil and drove it.

I need to get newer slightly stiffer motor mounts too. My OEM ones aren't cutting it anymore.

On another note: I started a mild tuck on my bay. So far I've tucked a couple wires (sorry I don't know the proper names) and I've relocated my ABS fuse box thingy. My bay is starting to look better and better

I will post pics 2moro if its not raining. I found that if you take the loom and e-tape off its a lot of extra wire so no real need to extend the wires for a mild tuck anyway.
