got a question about my 94 manual trans 3dr ls. recently got into an accident and hadda fix the front end. got it all together but shortly after the clutch pedal started going soft and would go into gear. turned out it just needed some fluid. now i gotta fill it every once in a while or else it'll happen again. how do i fix this problem permanently? does it sound like the clutch is going? im thinkin theres prob just a leak in the line right?

Yeah thats what it sounds like to me, maybe you pinched a line when you got in the accident but if it wasnt the clutch you wouldnt be going through fluid like that

Superhyped I almost did same thing yesterday. I was just cruising through the park trails. Like the nice ones with trees all around pretty cool to go through. Going the speed limit at 30 and I almost did same thing not cause gravel but cause my tires is just so bad. I was going through a turn and it like go alittle sideways and than it got straight and than it got sideways again like it kept start sliding than catch grip than slide again. It was pretty scary especially since there was a car in other lane and it was a small road I thought i was going to go off the side of the road. Lol My tire has wires all the way around. Now that my car is fixed i'm not riding it for awhile anyways lol

Sounds more like youre losing fluid somewhere. Search for leak first before you consider a new clutch is needed. A fading clutch doesnt make fluid disappear.

Nah, it wasn't really embarrassing. Obviously there was gravel there. Now if it was nice smooth pavement, and a brand new slick tire, thats another story lol
Psychologically thats what you tell yourself but in reality it looks just as embarassing to everyone else if there was a giant banana peel in front of you.

Or gravel. I'm glad my riding underwear held up for the most part. Had like 3 small pieces of gravel embedded into my skin, scratched them out.

THIS COULD HAVE BEEN MY KNEEE D:
