Well I checked my fuel pump it is fine, so I decided to take of my distributor and see how it looks(its late and I can't see anyway), I just set it back on and my car starts right up, so I think its something in the distributor.

Replace the Cap and Rotor, the contacts may be worn and in need of a replacement.

So I saw New Moon yesterday with my girlfriend... Movie. Fucking. Sucked. Kristen Stewart is freakin' ugly, Rob Pattinson is a girl, and that retarded indian kid Taylor something-or-other is a huge queer. There were no attractive people in that movie. It was almost as bad as Transformers 2.

so i replaced the cap and rotor like mirrorimg said but now i have to put it on part way for it to start and when i drive at 2000 rpm it bogs and shuts off and i get a check engine light, so i take the cap off put it back on and its does the same things as b4. i have no idea what is wrong.

do you have a friend who can take off his/her distributor and put it on yours to test it? my entire dizzy was shot so that's what we did.
