Anyone used headlight tint?

i have a 89 teggy and its the whole housing but i dont want it to be soo bright just like a lil blue. and btw no means that the the lights r eligal?

they're legal. just dont get them too blue. i'd got 6000 kelvin max for color. and dont have your headlights too high. you'll be fine.
