They check emissions there? I dont know if my car will pass that. They dont check emissions in VA. I dont have a cat either.

I pass emissions without a cat. Just gotta have good tuning so it is spewing nasty shit out. It is getting a good, complete burn and they don't check under load. They just test it at idle with a tailpipe sniffer.

One guy told me that since I have my EGR blocked off and my E-can trashed that they will fail it for that.
