I don't know when, but it was a while ago. A year ago or two. His wife posted on the PMS page that she got a divorce with Rich and the stitching business stalled for a while. Blamed Rich for not responding to customer's needs. The post has since been deleted.

EDIT: that kid custody thing was someone else. lol my bad. My memories are a bit juggled.

Makes sense. My gf got me one of their Bride wallets for Christmas 2011 (before I signed up on here), and I went back and forth through emails with him for weeks because I wasn't happy with it (was too small and somewhat crooked). It wasn't like the one they used in example pictures, and he kept making excuses for why he wouldn't exchange it or refund me.

I still have it and haven't used it once. I'm sure I could dig up the emails too...
