Anything made by DEI, and make sure you have a "professional" install it w/receipt, otherwise i think the warranty is denied automatically. DEI makes viper, python, clifford, hornet, ungo, etc

EDIT: also, i just got a viper alarm installed on my car. i opted to have an in car siren added for $20 more. it creates 140dB i think (just really stupid loud) inside the cabin, which makes it extremely annoying if you have to sit in the car for any amount of time (like if stealing a stereo).

i have the ungo sr6000 and i love it, 1 mile paging alarm, its basicaly the same thing as viper. But compustar is the best imo. 2 mile paging.

I gotta recommend DEI also, quality and reliable. The have alot of lines that have paging remotes.

DEI's website = www.directed.com

I have an Avital alarm/remote start in my Civic, and a DEI Sidewinder remote start in the Teg.
I put my alarm sirens inside the car too.

They're much bigger than just auto alarms, they're also behind the likes of Polk Audio, Sirius, and Precision Power.
Great company, and like stated, quality products:thumbs up

Basically your looking fora 2 way paging alarm system/ If you are looking for something cheaper, check out skytec.I agree though, my clifford is great, and it is also very similar to my friends autopage alarm. My first alarm ever was from skytec though and it was good. All alarms in this "2 way paging" category are going to allow you to add on extra features like the glass breaking sensor or back up battery.
The skytec alarm could be compared with teh clifford 50.5x matrix i have now, if both installed properly. Because really, they are both alarms with shock sensors only. they both wont protect you if your glass is broken, and they both didnt have back up battery sirens. I had to add those extra feautres on my clifford anyways.
If I were you I'd go to your local car audio shop and see what they have there, they will be able to tell you everything you want to know and more.

What the heck is Skytec? I've never heard of them, and couldn't even find them on a Google search.

Get a DEI!
