muffler shops are no good, they crush bend pipe and that is worse than the stock system. Unless you find a muffler shop with a mandrel bender buy a real exhaust system.
thats the problem. there are only two exhaust systems for my car, a paceseeter which is a piece of crap and a borla which runs about $1500 which is wayy to much.
Take measurements and go to kteller, they sell custom length mandrel bend pipes. You can piece together an exhuast that way. Only trouble is your stuck with a muffler shop and they're shitty welds.
Man, you can't really put cheap parts on these things. I'd recommend mandrel bent 2 1/2 inch pipes with a decent cannon. Probs go for something that will definitely give you a performance boost, but these old 'Tegs are noisy as hell if you don't do your research. Make sure it's not going to be obscenely loud. Also, a quality pod filter will add a nice note.
